Shipping Policy

TimberSoak ships worldwide to destinations available at checkout. All shipping thresholds and rates below are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping charges

Orders with a product subtotal over $500 USD qualify for free shipping worldwide. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes; free shipping starts at $500.01 USD.
United States orders with a product subtotal of $500 USD or less have an $8 USD standard shipping charge.
International orders with a product subtotal of $500 USD or less are currently unavailable for checkout.

Any applicable shipping charge is shown before payment. Free shipping covers the shipping charge; it does not by itself waive applicable taxes or customs charges.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery to the customer is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. This is the total estimated delivery timeframe, including preparation and transportation, not a dispatch estimate followed by an additional 3–6 weeks in transit.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. We will notify you if we cannot meet the stated timeframe and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. We will not retain payment for an unfulfilled order contrary to your legal rights.

Delivery details

Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout. For large items, contact us before ordering if access to your delivery address is restricted or if special arrangements are required. Free shipping does not promise assembly or installation. Contact us with your order number for delivery updates or to request an address correction; changes may not be possible once an order is in transit.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or has not arrived. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of damage. This request does not limit your statutory rights. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process and available remedies.
