Delivery
Estimated delivery to the customer is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation, including preparation and transportation. See our Shipping Policy for rates, destinations and delivery terms. For large items, check the packed dimensions, property access, and delivery-service requirements. Contact us before ordering if access is restricted or you need a particular unloading or installation service.
If a delivery is missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us investigate. These reporting steps do not limit rights under applicable law.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Send cancellation, return, or refund requests to contact@timbersoak-hot-tubs.com and include your order number. Our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law apply. This section does not create an additional return exclusion, cancellation fee, or restocking fee. Do not send a large-item return to an administrative address without obtaining delivery instructions.
Installation and safe use
Follow the instructions supplied with the specific product. Confirm that the proposed location, structural support, access, and any utility connections are suitable.
